Human vs nature - Am I religious OR scientific OR atheist OR ?

Humans think "Science" is finding solution to everything. But as far as I can see science is finding some temporary fix for problems. But I wont say science as a foolish thing. But science can be considered as an entertainment that human does during their life time. But scientists believe that they can unveil every secrets of universe into mathematical formulas. That will never happen !!!

Nature is far more complicated that humans could imagine. Humans are mere 'OBSERVERS' of nature and make some 'x and y' parameters. Religious people defined arbitrary boundaries like god, rituals etc to answer the unanswerable questions. Scientists observe the behavior of nature and interpret into mathematical equations (but every now and then the science is changing. It has changed its way a lot from Newton's days to Einstein's days). Hmm.. Nature is definitely not this.

Some of the things that science took for granted are
  1. CONSCIOUSNESS : It is unmeasurable by science. No one know how it works. In religious terms we can find the term 'soul' similar to scientific term consciousness.
  2. EVOLUTION THEORY: Definitely evolution theory is not acceptable. It is a great observation and proposed-theory by Darwin. His theory gave us some insight for DNA and other biological questions. But his full theory is not correct. He himself was doubtful. If the gene mutates for an species then it cannot mate with its own species, that is the observed fact as of today.
  3. ATOMIC PARTICLES: Scientists are totally flat with the behavior of electrons and other atomic particles. They are not able to predict how electron becomes wave and particles. But they are sure that they OBSERVED electron behaves as waves and particles. May be on one fine day, a new scientist observe something different and add to that or even totally collapse previous theories on electron.

I can list more and more items .. but the point is .. humans simply cannot match NATURE. Rather than observing and changing the parameters of the nature.. Lets enjoy what NATURE presented us with.. RELIGION has drawn unnecessary boundaries among people and altered the nature of humans. Let the people come out that religious turmoil and act with their free-will and become Humans... naturally.

SCIENCE is meant for betterment of human life in this unknown mysterious universe. But science did something it does not intended to. SCIENCE took out all minerals and oil out of earth's crust and extincted many species, which in turn is an indirect - slow extinction of human beings, our self. Let science change its attitude and see things beyond science (there cannot be enough paper and brain to store the information about universe !!! ) . Let science observe nature and help human beings in a positive way.

Part 2 - The Reality - Fatal Error:3000 Life not found in Software Industry

Previously I have written a post on my thoughts about the software-industry life. Now I am writing the reality that is right-now happening in my life.

I am very pet to my parents and especially mom. Still my school days I spent good time with parents.Though we dint had enough money for a hi-fi life. We dint had a phone, but we were in contact with many. We dint had money but definitely had happiness. I hang around with good friends with whom I can share everything.

This is upto my age 17.

Then I joined engineering and missed my parents. Still the college life is fun. I had again a good close friends in college to whom I can share everything, but the number is less compared to school. We chat chat and chat and roam roam and roam without less than 10 Rs in pocket. And during semester leave I used to spend approx 20 days at home. Those are sweet memories. Mom used to prepare variety of foods. Next we were in race for job by age 20 (3rd year). This is the biggest turning point and the worst turning point.

Age is now 22. I am finishing my college at April 2006 and May 29 2006 I am joining TCS at Bhubaneswar.

I thought , its ok.. just 2 months in bhubaneswar and then will be right back in chennai or b'lore. But the story is very different. I am posted to Ahmedabad which is very very far from my home town (just 3000 kms). For 2 years, I struggled for my transfer to chennai/b'lore. I could hardly go to my home. Also I need to spend approx 9000 per trip to my home. My mom and dad are really missing me and my bro too. My bro is in merchant-navy and he sails for 6 months. So my parents are aged and missing their children. I had terribly bad food (in my perspective) and missing my friend circle and family and mentally affected. I felt hard to push each and every day in Ahmedabad. I still remember that my mom and dad are affected by Chikungunia disease and even could not walk. But I am staying 3000kms apart. I heard my mom's voice in phone and I could feel the dull aching voice. How would you anyone feel? ............. Then I got a job in Mindtree b'lore and still TCS managers in Ahmedabad were not ready to leave me. TCS managers threatened me to stay else I would not get my relieving letter... What an insane world it is !!! ... When my mom heard this.. she felt very bad.... Though I deserve, I missed my parents again. The level of anger I had on Ahmedabad is too high... I simply hated to the extreme to stay in Ahmedabad..

Atlast after 2 and half years,
I got a project in TCS chennai and I thought I will get offshore work. But sadly I got onsite to Glasgow UK. I went to home during Oct 2008 diwali for 3 days. My whole family was there and we enjoyed the diwali. This is one of the best time after almost 3 years.

From 2006 May to 2008 Oct, I was in spent totally 18 days in my home. I usually take 10 days leave in Ahmedabad office and I end up spending only 5 days at home due to long travel. This is bull shit... ..

See this.. out of 850 days I spent only 18 days in my home. Also no more friends in my hometown as everyone settled in concrete-jungles (chennai/b'lore/mumbai). Then I reached Glasgow and visited home for a 2 weeks leave.. So again another 5 days in my home and rest lost in travel and tiredness...

Today it is 24 Sep 2009.... I called my mom.. she said she got problem in eyes and diagnosed some tumor kind of lump in a nerve connecting to brain and needs an operation as soon as possible. I have lakhs of money now. But I cannot go to my hometown tomorrow. I cannot takecare of my mom.

What is the point that I have money and lost my happiness.

Perhaps my money can help her operation.. but it will not give the warmth of my presence.
Atleast, I could have spent my days with my parents if I just resigned TCS on 2006 July when I heard my posting in Ahmedabad.

Stupid me :( I dint had any option. The society molded me into a money-making-machine rather than a life-seeking-human. There are approx 10 lakh people working in IT industry in India. Atleast 40% of that people are experiencing the same situation as I do.

I dont know if I am seeing this incident in a wrong perspective with immature behavior. But this is what I feel.

To Everyone:
Please make sure that your job doesnot interfere your life and it travels parallel y to your life's path. If not your job will pull you away from your life and what remains is just you and your memories of happy-past.

Economic Bubble in India

Economic Bubble, to be put simple, is the growth of SPECUALTIVE FINANCIAL SITUATION, that would end up in economic imbalance when the bubble burst.

WHY IN INDIA???

Currently the youth in India are earning handsome money and thier next action is to grow the excess money in their bank accounts. The Real-Estate business people got hold of this trend and started to build apartments everywhere and selling it double/triple the original cost. Say, it costs 15 Crore INR to build a apartment. The Real-estate people sell indivual houses in the apartment for higher cost and making 40 to 50 Crore INR out of it. All this profit is just because of the "SPECULATIVE" investment of the youths. I know many people who just get a Housing Loan of around 20 Lakhs INR. Every month they pay 18,000 INR for housing loan EMI and this has to proceed for 10 Years !!!! Still the youth are ready to pay for it !!!

Ok now lets see how this causes a BUBBLE. As per the definition of bubble the money invested is purely speculative. In next 10 years from now if the 30 Lakhs flat downs to 20 Lakhs what will be the impact??? Although many people think this will not work this way, It Actually Does... Yes, it is !?!

In such a case the money lost as a whole by the society is large and it happens all at a time. In addition if the housing loan rates increase (though by a small margin say 1%) then the youths end up in paying huge money than they expect.

HOW THE PRICE WILL GO LOW ???

This is indeed a speculation ! Still there is good chances of price fall. IT industry is the back bone for all these house purchasing youths. They also invest in Mutual Funds/Share Market which in turn is a speculation. Because of this spree in investing, many people dont even analyse the actual value of the company on which they invest. So now people end up in buying shares for more than the company worth. In few years they will get to know that the company makes less profit and they obviously loose money in share-market.

Presently, because of this speculative investment in Share-Market (also from foreigners) and IT industry's foreign money the Indian economy increases (i.e. the money value increases. Currently it is 38 INR equals a US dollar. It is far more than 48 INR equals a US dollar a year ago !!!). This results in IT industry's low profit than usual. So the IT industry's clients will start looking at low price zones like china/Indonesia/etc... In such a case the Indian IT industry further face low profits.

Now starts the employee firing in the Indian IT companies. Yo man.. few IT youths will be fired. If the guy who gets fired is paying the so called Housing Loan of 18,000 INR per month, he is now in TROUBLE. He will be struggling hard to manage the situation because his plans got spoiled !!#&#*&(. Poor Chap--!!!

Now comes the House Selling for urgency !!! Wow, I would like to get his house by then. Infact for cheaper price than he invested. There is no other go for him at that moment. Because no one will invest money when their income is already a trouble. As this cycle follows with many fellas there will be logrithmic fall of prices.

NOW IT IS THE TIME TO GET SCREWED BY THE ECONOMIC BUBBLE. Iam waiting to see people get screwed :)

Fatal Error: 3000 : Life not found in Software-Job

The False-economic-boom in India and the change in life style of Indian youths because of software job will combine together to pull India into trouble sooner or later.
The average food intake by any IT professional per day is equal only to one time food. Pizzas, Bread, Omlette, Noodles, Chicken alone cannot make one healthy for long. Some vegetables are needed for our healthy life. Now cabbage, beetroot, green-leaves (spinach), beans, brinjal, gourds, Banana-flower, Banana-stem, etc are totally alien word for a software professional who had been eating all these things still he joined his company.
Difference between skilled and unskilled is null .. so sad
During 1990's the highly knowledged persons will be able to get thro' the software companies. But in 2000-to-till today the trend has changed drastically. The company is hiring people for head count. The students who study in IIT or NIT or Govt colleges or Deemed Universites or any of Private run colleges will be treated one and the same in Software Job. No student thinks about it while studying. But they will regret after few months of joining the company.
This condition of imbalance will trigger the next level of proving the skills thro MBA course. So all grade-A guys will prepare for CAT, GMAT, GRE etc.. Though many grade-b college guys try it out the grade-A guys will manage to settle down in a good institute. oops..!! The grade-A guys think "Huuh.. Somehow I have made myself genuine and proved myself to the society".
Some cases are still worst. Many guys with fake certificates and really does not deserve the job gets good onsite-oppurtunities or good-package-offer from other companies. This condition is so sick and sucks the grade-A guys. Added to this is the Indian Parents, who ask for more salary. Also they compare only the salary and not the knowledge. Some grade-b college guy's mom/dad will trigger the salary-based confusions in grade-A guy's parents. This makes the situation worst for the grade-A guy who gets less pay than the grade-b guy.
MOney.. Money... MOney... fuck it damn idiots !!!
After seeing this stupid competion for salary even a grade-A guy will think cheap.. yes indeed it happens.. The grade-A guy will start Mutual-funds/Multi-level-marketing/Stock trading. These were all easy money making and does not mean the real interest of grade-A guy. But grade-A guy is now into the whirlpool and he doesnot know he is behind money and material rather than his Interested-field. Once he might have thought of researching on somefields. May be to study about Aeroplanes or ships or Universe or Electricity,etc... But now he calculates the EMI for housing loan and plan to get new gadgets an flats. This condition is really pathetic.
Simply to say, software is not the respected or respect giving job in India as of today. May be it was once a respected profession. But now any person who knows to dress decently and speak some english can be a software professional. Hmm... But no vacancy for high profile jobs which grade-A guys look into. So better is everyone not to study too hard in school and colleges nowadays. Everyone will end up in IT job for sure. Then why to worry!!! ???
Fuck the damn books which

Women have and Men dont have ... that is ?

INCOMETAX BENEFITS. As a passing cloud, the words of Hitler (Women are child bearing machines) were gone and in this new era they enjoy all the privileges of this society.

Consider India where the IT boom is in such a level that the stone thrown up would fell down on a Software Engineer. In such a situation, the gals who were previously denied by their family for working in any tough engineering jobs like mechanic or civil engineer were now allowed without a restriction for working in a software concern. Still the gals are not as matured guys in professionalism (as i guess). They come to IT job for fun and money making. Guys in India are now being the hopeless creatures roaming around.

These days a guy has to worry about his status, expenditure and more importantly about his future wife and life, which does not taste good without money flavour. So obviously all guys try to earn money and meanwhile gals too get equal salary because of IT concerns.

More important thing comes here. The gals have great tax-relief as per Indian tax laws, because they are GALS. What the hell is this ??? Also , no gal can be asked to sit for work late nights (Infact most gals dont work in the daytime :) ). Then why this reduction in income tax ???

Guys who used to pay all these taxes and breaking their heads to reduce the tax through IT - returns will keep on working for the company (bull shit !!). Think what happens in couple of years... The gal (who pays less tax/ who do less work/ who does not spend money other than for dress and ear-rings) will get married to a guy in USA-return or Europe-return guy. The gal starts to enjoy foreign life, car, beaches, etc then onwards. Imagine a guy of same age... He would be working hard all day and night to get onsite oppurtunity to USA. After all his energy was exhausted, the guy would be sent to USA and then he struggles there for food and saving money. Later he settles down there and then a IT gal would be proposed by his father for marriage. Again the guy start to feed her desires and he is ^**^ed and ****ed.

Need to put an end to this .........>>>>>>>>>>>> thinking ....

  • Dont adapt to your environment. Instead make it as you like.
  • Do good to people who do good... Do twice the bad to who did it.
  • Dont get anger. Anger is an expression of incapability.
  • Believe nothing. Analyse and decide. Nothing is true in this universe.

Modhera-SUN TEMPLE + Water Resort (theme park) .. tour... Dec 2nd & 3rd

Salary was credited...Now its time for planning a trip.. December 2nd and 3rd.. first weekend of the month.. I and four of my colleagues started from Gandhinagar (Gujarat/India) to a SUN TEMPLE @ Modhera.. Its Dec 2nd evening, when we are at Gandhinagar bus terminal. We dont even planned the trip. Our aim was to go to Modhera-suntemple. We enquired in the bus terminal and gathered the route details. The time-keeper in the bus terminal said that we have to go to Mehsana(which is nearest town to Modhera-village). So we got a bus to Mehsana and reached there by night. We had heavy food in a hotel. Its rare to see a non-veg hotel in Gujarat. But all we guys ,being a south-indian, finds craze over non-veg. so we always get inside non-veg hotels. We booked a room in the hotel we ate. One of my colleague has a punjabi-bracelet in his hand. The lodge fellow was a Singh(punjabi natives). He noticed the bracelet and so he reduced the lodge rent to Rs.400/- from 500/-.

We planned to wake-up early in the morning and go to Modhera. But as we are tired and slept well,we are unable to wake early. One of our colleague managed to get early and went alone to Modhera while we are sleeping. Me and rest three fellows stared late in the morning(Dec 3rd). Its almost 9 o'clock morning. We reached the temple by 9:45 am. Our colleague who went there early was standing lonely. But he enjoyed the early morning ambience.

The Sun-temple was built in 1027 C.E (Current Era or A.D) by a king named Bhimdev-I. Later it was ruined partly by Muhamad Gajini. Its not a too big temple. But the age attaches importance. Also a step well kind of pond(i dont know how to explain !) infront of the temple is great. But no water in it. It is some 20 feet depth. and 1/4th the size of foot ball ground. But the step design is awesome.. I remembered the tamil song "Theendai .. mei theendai.. thaandai padi thaandai" (coz, the song is filmed in such a step-well). Later we took some photos. It was 11:30am and we started back. We reached Mehsana by 12:30 pm.

There we came to know about a water theme park "Water Resort" nearby Mehsana. So we started to theme park. It was some 15kms away from Mehsana and its towards Gandhinagar route. We reached the theme park. But we wanted to have food. There were couple of good hotels infront of the theme park. So we landed in one of the hotel. We had some good food there. Dosa and sambar are good. Atlast we ordered Lassi. The lassi was too great.. I have never tasted a lassi of such a good taste before.. It was almost 3:40pm.. We finished our food and went to theme park's ticket counter. The ticket was Rs.150 per head. It was reduced to 120/- as the wave-pool and another ride was closed for maintenance. Also we came to know that the theme-park timing was from 11am to 5pm.We were in a dilemma whether to go-in or return back,as there was no time to enjoy. But we got the ticket.

Inside they charged Rs.60 for swim-suit. Also Rs.100 for locker. So, I felt bad. We were on the right track till that time. But at this moment we are spending too much money for which we are not going to enjoy. Just 1hr left. I started to the rides unwillingly. But i got thrilled in a ride(from the top we will slide down to a pool). I felt the speed and thrill of the ride like a F-15 fighter jet experience. Then gradually i got interest and enjoyed other rides. Unfortunately my mobile's charge was down and also there were no space to store new photos. So we dint took any photos in the theme-park.

I know that day (Dec 3rd) was "karthigai"(lord murugan's b'day). It is my favorite festival in my home. My mom will make Nine side-dishes as "padayal"(food offering for god). So i called my mom's mobile. I spoke with mom & dad. Later we reached gandhinagar by 7:30pm. Then we loaded the photos from my mobile to a computer and rewinded the enjoyment.

Then i called back my home once again by 8:30pm and chatted about the "karthigai" festival in my home town. My mom greeted B'day wishes for me (Coz, my b'day is on Karthigai on basis of star).

The theme is : PLAN THE TRAVEL. ENJOY THE TRIP. DONT PLAN WITHOUT KNOWING THE TIMINGS OF ANY
TOURIST-SPOT OR THEME-PARK. TRY TO COVER NEARBY PLACES IN A SINGLE TRIP.

Diwali 2006-trip to my hometown(Theni:Tamilnadu)

Atlast came the long awaited day, oct18, for visiting my hometown on the eve of Diwali. I started lonely form Gandhinagar to Ahmedabad Airport, as my trip-companion got some work on oct18th. Its Airdeccan and asusually delayed for 30minutes. I could see lot of Tamils, who were waiting as like me for the Airdeccan. Its my first time flight experience and hence I was listening to all the instructions. I phoned to my home and few friends in Chennai. I was also thinking about, how to go to my home town form Chennai as i dint booked Omni-bus. Finally the flight arrived and all the passengers boarded the flight. It was similar to TownBus in Tamilnadu. Since the seat no.s are not reserved in Airdeccan, all the passengers rushed to get a good seat. I am the last to board the flight. Atlast i got a good chatting guy near me. He spoke about his work and the places he lived in. In an hour and few minutes the flight reached Hyderabad. Again after some half-an-hour the flight took-off and in next one hour i was in chennai. Its 1:30pm and i thought of purchasing some sarees for my mom. So i got unit-train in Thirisulam station (opp to chennai airport). In the train i could see some high-school students getting-down at every station and boarding on the running-train everytime. They spoke local-chennai-tamil. Its nice to see those fellows. Atlast i reached Pothy's mall and searched for sarees. Since its my first experience in selecting a saree, i took lot of time. Finally I took two sarees. Then i took "Onion-Masal-dosa" in "SaravanaBhavan", as i could spend my Sodexho food coupons.
Then i phoned Arimanicam anna (my elder-brother's close friend & friend of me too). He said i will come to Koyambedu by 4:30pm. I rushed to koyambedu bus terminal. The town bus is heavily crowded and it took almost 45min to reach koyambedu. I met Arimanicam anna. He was with me searching for Theni-tickets. Atlast we got a ticket with high-price and got it. I should really thank Arimanicam anna for being with me at that evening.
The omni-bus started and the next day morning (oct19th) i was in my home. I went to Bodi, to see my aachi(grandma),uncle & aunt and their small cute kids. On oct20th i met my school friends. Had nice time with my school friends. I purchased some crackers to get the feel of diwali.
oct 21st, Diwali, I got up asuausal and the day was quite slow. But by 11am most of my friends came to my home. So really enjoyed Diwali with our great chat. Its all about our first job experience and some old college-stories.
oct22st. I and my friends went to movie (Vallavan). On the next day i have to leave back to Chennai, to catch Navajeevan Express at Chennai-central. On oct23, i packed all things and started. I reached Chennai on 24th early morning. Its raining outside and i got wet. From Koyambedu, i boarded a town-bus to Central-Station. I reached Central-station early. So i took food and waited for train. My train was on platform-10. Its almost 9:30am and i was in the train. All passengers boarded. One fellow near me talked to me in Hindi, thinking me as a North-Indian. Then i responded him in Tamil. He was little surprised and asked "Tamilaaa..!" Then we started chatting. Our group grown into 6member team. With all 6-Tamils the two day train journey was not that hard. I learnt lot from their live-stories. On Oct-25th night i was back in Ahmedabad........

And Miles to go Before i sleep...

Along the greeeen chill western ghats of TamilNadu is the place where i spent almost 21 years of my life. Theni & Coimbatore are the places, I remember at least once a day. After my schooling in TheniKammavarSangam Matric School (TKSM) lies the best four years of my life in Govt College of Technology (GCT), Coimbatore. All the way till college was green & cool. After joining TCS (Tata Consultancy Services) things changed. Its my first trip towards North of India to Bubaneswar,Orissa for TCS training (ILP).I have never imagined a couple of months back that i will visit the famous Konark(SunTemple),Puri (worst maintained place i have ever seen in mylife) and NandanKannan(only white tiger reserve in Asia). Two months of fun with my collegemates in Bubaneswar training came to an end with my allocation to TCS- Ahmedabad,Gujarat. This time its west of India. By now I got habituated for 1000km journeys. Then obviously i started for an weekend trip to Great Mumbai. But dint spend even a half-day as I moved to Pune, to see my school friends. Its after 6months I met my school friends. Immediately after a week to Mumbai-Pune trip I and my Ahmedabad(actually Gandhinagar) roommates went for a trip to Mount-Abu in Rajastan(Worth to see once). Still the trip keeps going on.And miles to goooooo ------>>>>>>>>
